SING WHILST YOU DO THE HANDWASHING THING!
After using the bathroom, touching your face or sneezing and before eating scrub your hands with soap and water for 20 seconds - or about the time it takes to sing 'Happy Birthday' twice.
There are some studies that have shown us that the number of microbes on your hands is reduced more when you wash your hands for longer.
The detergent in soap removes microbes from your hands, and the longer you scrub the more microbes it can remove.
To ensure that we dont drive ourselves completely loopy with Happy Birthday constantly whirling around our brains, her are some other songs to sing to make those 20 seconds go in a flash and it to become a fun happening!
